Dr. Jeanette Salinas is an accomplished educator with over 18 years of experience in educational leadership and instructional design. She holds a Doctorate in Curriculum & Instruction with a focus on Learning, Design, & Technology, and a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems. As the founder of The Journey School of Houston, Dr. Salinas led innovative educational technology initiatives, earning multiple accreditations and awards. Now, she brings her expertise to executive function coaching, offering personalized support to K-12, college, and adult students. Her approach integrates evidence-based strategies to enhance academic performance, organization, and self-advocacy. Dr. Salinas is dedicated to helping individuals develop critical executive functioning skills for long-term success.

Dr. Salinas holds a Doctorate in Education - Curriculum & Instruction with a focus on Learning, Design, & Technology from the University of Houston. Her dissertation centered on the achievement and self-efficacy of twice-exceptional students using mobile applications.

Dr. Salinas is a highly qualified professional with a Master's in Computer Information Systems from the University of Houston. Her expertise has been instrumental in creating, developing, and implementing technology to support learners.

  • Over 18 years of experience in educational leadership and instructional design, particularly through her roles at The Journey School of Houston and The New School in Houston, TX.

  • As the founder and executive director of The Journey School of Houston, Dr. Salinas led the organization to various accreditations and awards, enhancing student engagement and achievement through innovative educational technology initiatives.

  • Extensive experience in curriculum development, teacher training, and integrating technology into education.
